Guest guest
Beverly, A lot of people that do services have insurance. In some cases they have an " Omissions and Errors " provisions in case they miss something during an inspection. I don't know anything more about your time line or other circumstances for having this done, etc. But, you might be able to be compensated by an insurance company because the inspector missed the nesting and mold. I would certainly look into it. Some states even have a " slush fund " to take care of some of these situations where there is no insurance.
