Broken bones in upper jaw and lip

Is there a real doctor out there that can help me get all these

pieces of broken bone out of my upper jaw and lip. I have seen way

too many doctors, etc. They all give me the run around and right now

I am in alot of pain and can't do a darn thing about it.

I had a CT scan a few months ago and they did see a 4mm piece of

bone and I took the report into my last oral surgeon that I saw and

the doctor went and did surgery and opened up my jaw and looked

around but the problem is that he only looked on the one side. I

told him it moves around and he just didn't seem to want to listen

to me.

What is going on here, why don't any doctors want to help me. I am

about to take a gun and finish this thing off. I have been putting

up with pain on this problem sense 1999 and it is getting worse all

the time. The pieces of broken bone are about to break through but

taking their dear time on getting here.

Does anyone know of a type of doctor that I should see for this or

is an oral surgeon the right one to see? But then the world is

filled with lots of quacks and I guess I am one of those lucky ones

who finds all the good quacks.
