If you can get tested for your acid levels, great! Otherwise, start with a small

dose of Betaine HCl and gradually work up to a higher dose. Here's a link to

I also wonder if the acid kills off the probiotics in the yogurt. Just in case

it does, I don't take the Betaine HCl when I eat my yogurt.
