What was it last time you had bloodwork done? Mine is 18 up from 9 and I've been taking 3 polysaccharide iron per day and at Vitamom's suggestion just added 2 of her gentle irons. I get my labs done again the beginning of April so time will tell if I'm getting enough. Rev.
