Guest guest
Okay. For all those that so graciously took the time to respond to me regarding the amount of time I can leave the formula in Ian's bag for continuous feedings at night.....I apologize for taking up your valuable time. I'm a moron! I went to the website that makes Nutren, Jr. and I found the following: <<What is the hang time for Nestlé Nutrition products? Cans – when using Nestlé 250 mL or 375 mL canned products in an open feeding system, product should hang for no longer than eight to 12 hours or according to facility policy. The open feeding system bag may be rinsed between feedings, and the bag and administration set should be replaced every 24 hours, or according to manufacturer's recommendations. To help prevent touch contamination, always remember to wash hands thoroughly before handling cans, bags or spike sets. >> Honestly, I wasn't lazy - I guess I value everyone's opinion enough that I thought of all of you first before trying to find the answer on my own. Sorry for the inconvenience - but, thank you very much for your assistance. My dh is also thankful for all your responses. In addition, he mentioned that he is VERY excited about getting some sleep tonight. - H
