Increased risk of seizures in kids with RSS?

I had Coby and Carlee at the neuro today. Carlee has sleeping issues

and night terrors. Coby they believe is having focal seizures. They

can not catch them on an EEG, but several professionals have witnessed

them. The neuro said that he did not know if RSS put him in increased

risk for seizures. He did say that autism did and Coby has many

autistic traits. So he started him on Trileptal.

If anyone has any experience with this, I could really use your help.
