Guest guest
Dear Ceep, You're an incredible woman and a true survivor. Your fears are certainly justified, but you're also healthier now than you were then, and you have the love and prayers of several thousand people with you now, whatever you chose to do. Guest guest
Ceep, I am so glad you shared your story. It truly makes me much less scared of my upcoming journey. I had no idea of your trials in this journey of yours. Now I know why you were so confident I would be okay. Thank you. Guest guest
Ceep, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I never would have guessed you had been through so much. Especially since you offer such warm, loving advice to everyone on this board. I cannot relate to your surgery problems/experience but the weight loss issues I can. Thank you for all the love and support you give us. You will know the right road to take. Trust your instincts. Guest guest
I am so glad to finally know your story... I too share your deep fear of hospitals and people in white coats, but for different reasons... I spent most of my first six years in the hospital with pneumonia, bronchitis, and severe asthma... Life in an oxygen tent... And I've been told otherwise, but I remember being ALONE most of the time. I'm 36 now, and still sleep with a blanket tightly wrapped around my hands and feet no matter how hot it is out because they can't give you a needle in your face (they used to give me needles when I was asleep! CRUELTY!) You know that I live near . I can't believe I missed you when you were here, but when and if you come back, I will be there for you as much as I can and you will get to meet my lively, smart, and funny daughter, who will also be on your side. Happy anniversary and lots of love, Z Open RNY 09/17/01 http://www.ziobro.us Ceep's surgery Anniversary (really LONG)
