OT -- Need help printing a file in jpg format

Hi gang,

I am rather impaired when it comes to computers and have a HUGE favor

to ask. I've been interviewing for a new job and they require letters

of reference. My former boss wrote me a wonderful letter. His wife

scanned it after he signed it, then emailed it to me. It comes up as

a jpg or bmp file (I downloaded it from Hotmail and it came up as a

jpg file, forwarded a copy to my Yahoo addy...thinking it might print

easier there LOL...and it was downloaded as a bmp file) NEITHER of

them is printing properly. Seems I cannot highlight text from a pic

file and print it from there. When I print it as is, from either

download, it does not print the entire letter, cuts it off at the

right margin and also at the bottom of the letter.

I appreciate any help you can offer! Days like this I REALLY wish I

was one of you fortunate ones married to a " geek. " My husband says

he couldn't be good looking AND intelligent, so I'm stuck with good

looking (no self esteem issues for him huh?)
