Guest guest
Ken and Jodi, Thanks for your suggestions we're looking forward to our appointment so we can get on a good program. Periactin is unfortunately really messing with my sons stomach, gives him bad diarreah and rashes, but he's eating okay. My daughter is eating a little better, but actaully was in the hospital shortly after my email. She stayed the night before Thanksgiving. Got really pale before we left and weak and that's when we started smelling that keytone smell. Turned out she had a virus and that on top of not eating well caused her to spill it into her urine. She was on fluids overnight and antibiotics, she's just know kicking what has turned into a walking pneumonia. Thank the good Lord she's okay, but this sga thing is really scary. This is our first time taking our daughter to the hospital because of this condition. My heart goes out to those parents whose children have it a lot more severe. It's really scary stuff! Thankfully it can be managed, but we've always got to be on our toes. We've found peanut butter and eggs, (not together) to be my daughter's new favorite so she's eating pretty good now. Gotta run, Thanks, Crosby's dad
