I am adding my 2 cents to the exercise thread. I totally agree with and find that getting up and moving around the house really helps in keeping off the pounds. I also keep a small set of arm weights ( 3 pounds) next to the television and do two sets of arm exercises for every commercial when I am watching tv at night.
