Guest guest
Definitely go seen an pediatric ophthalmologist (not optometrist). It can't hurt, and you will feel better. A droopy eye could be ptosis, which is very important to treat early in children as it can lead to amblyopia or other vision problems. My older son has eye issues, so I know how important it is to see an ophthalmologist when you first notice something with the eyes. For any eye issues with children, the earlier the better when it comes to treatment! It might be just as your therapist says, but better to make sure! Your pediatrician should be able to make a referral if you need one. Good luck!
