I wanted to wish everyone a wonderful holiday. I hope you all have a

peaceful and joyous time.

I haven't been on the computer much since my surgery. I don't want

to interfere with the work that goes on here (and what fun it is to

be able to see the Vitalady crew work to get all your orders

processed and ready, not to mention getting to talk to the locals

who stop in!), so I have just been occasionally checking my email

for emergencies. I'll have lots of reading to do once I get home!

I am feeling great! I can't begin to tell how wonderful and

Don are at taking care of their patients/guests. I have been so

blessed to be able to be here for my tummy tuck. And being around

is always so much fun. I have learned so very much during

the time I've been here! We are so fortunate that she is willing to

share her experience and vast wealth of research and information

with us to help us stay healthy.

In addition to and Don, 's father and aunt and the

staff have been terrific, too. But the real secret to my quick

recovery is -their silky grey cat. He has been my protector

and comforter. He staples me to the recliner when he decides that I

need to rest a bit and is so gentle and loving that I feel great

instantly. Their other cats are great, too, and have provided lots

of love and entertainment, but Ray seems to make it his mission to

help with recovery.

I am looking forward to meeting with as many of the locals who can

be there on Friday. It is such fun to put names to faces! We can all

have a holiday toast with a delicious glass of chocolate stack!

Again, best wishes for the holiday season. I should be back to

posting regularly next week.
