Congratulations, Sam, and welcome to the club! You've made up your mind

to have Orthognathic Surgery, and I know from personal experience what

a tough decision that was to make. I was excited and relieved when I

finally decided to go thru with all this; I just got my braces

installed last Tuesday, so I'm on my way and soon you will be too. Let

us know how everything progresses, okay? You are not alone, here.
