Lou,

If you need to have your breasts taken care of you might want to consider

looking for a good plastic surgeon. This is a completely different area of

specialty then a general surgeon. You may want to have an Abdominoplasty not

just a panniectomy. The difference can be amazing. You have much more going

on there then just loose skin and the specialists understand this and will

do what really needs to happen

Yes, my plastic surgeon had a payment plan. It was a line of credit that you

could pay back over time. I think this is a national plan so more then

likely almost every plastic surgeon has this available. Remember that this

really isn't plastic surgery but reconstructive surgery and needs to be

considered carefully.
