mouth sores

After reading the input from so many of you, I am coming to the conclusion that

part of my problem is the Vitamin C. I remember when I was at my worst I

stopped taking extra Vitamin C and it decreased. I am now taking 500 mg with

each iron pill. I don't know if that is enough but now that I think of it, the

mouth sores are not there since I switched from the 1000 mg. doses that I was

taking with my iron.

As a child, I do remember that I had problems with overdoing citrus and

strawberries.

Carol, don't know if this will help you. But worth looking into I think.

If anyone knows of a Vitamin C format that is less likely to cause a problem,

please advise
