Guest guest
Hi Sue, This happens to me if I don't take my calcium. I get bad night time cramping, starts in my feet/toes and then goes up the leg if I don't get it under control. I try to do my calcium starting about 6-7 at night with the last 500mg dose right at bed time. I'm kind of weird as I take three different types of calcium - I don't have a good reason as to why, it just seems to help me get it in. I do the powdered Upcal from VitaLady, then the chewable citrate calcium from Twinlabs and then lastly the Citracal Plus with Magnesium. For some reason I notice that if I only do the chewable from twin labs that I still cramp up at night. So I add the others in and the variety of it helps me to get in the calcium. Hope this helps, Joanie Re: 2 questions > 1. i've been having some aches and pain and even charlie horses in the middle > of the night in my calves......my potassium is not low, i also eat maybe 2-3 > bananas a week, all my labs are high normal/perfect. any thoughts? i know this > has been discussed before. anyone with the problem get resolution? > 2. when a medication says 'take with a full glass of water' do you you think > for 'us' that that means a glass, a half glass or two glasses? hmmm......???? > > sue > > > >
