Guest guest
This is more my personal experience with honey. I know that some people tolerate raw honey better than pasturized honey (the stuff you get in the store usually unless it says raw). Others are the other way around. Also, depending on the TYPE of honey, meaning what types of flowers the bees gathered their nectar from can be an issue. For example, my husband can not tolerate clover honey (most of the honey available out there), but can tolerate wildflower honey which we get from a local organic farmer. I grew up on raw honey that my dad raised and find I tolerate raw better than pasturized. I am not able to go to Trader Joe's or Whole foods right now (will go in a few months) so I just have my local grocery stores and I believe I can get " local " honey. > > 2) I know not to buy " mixed " spices - should I look for a specific brand of spices to be sure they are legal? > > I would appreciate some help on these two items.
