Guest guest
I have written a couple of times without much response, but I would really like some input about probiotics. For several years I have been using GI proHealth L. Acidophilous and cycles of S. Boulardii. However, I have been reading a lot since this little " flare " of mine began and I am thinking it would be better to have a variety of bugs. I know many people are against Jini Patels diet, but she does seem to understand that a spectrum of probiotics is helpful for healing and digestive wellness and so I am looking at Natren and Custom Probiotics for a change of gut scenery. Anyone have any input about either of these? There are so many to choose from, it is a little overwhelming. I think I am concerned that if I am only populating my gut with L. Acidophilous that the variety and good relationships between lots of different strains is missing. Oh, and right now I am not doing yogurt because I have M in my D as well and dairy seems to make it worse, so I am desperate for some bugs.
