Guest guest
Okay, Gang, I made some delicious SCD dairy yogurt and worked my way up to 1/4 cup a day. As usual I woke up with getting swollen, pale eyelids. Am normal, bowelwise, and I could probably live with the slightly dull brain feeling but I REALLY don't like looking like this. Think I need to make some more coconut yogurt to see if it's " just a dairy reaction " . The question is, as someone asked previously, what is " not tolerating " ? What is " tolerating " ? And how many symptoms do y'all put up with in the hopes that what's going on is more beneficial than not? After all, this life-long reaction Even as a kid I had it. Not till my early 60s did I discover that it was caused by wheat and carbs. And it's the reason why my eyelids are saggy in the first place. I really don't like it~~!!
