Do you regret having the surgery?

I'm considering having orthagnothic surgery. I have a recessed chin

and I also grind my teeth and get headaches. So it would be for

costmetic as well as to hopefully cut back on the grinding. Does

anyone regret having the surgery? Why or why not?
