Guest guest
, I'm glad my reply was insightful:-) I wouldn't worry too much about the pigging out. I was stuffing myself like crazy pre-op, I managed to pack on a whopping 10 lbs in just two months and I lost all of it within the first 2 weeks op. Currently I stand at 15 lbs loss since the surgery and I haven't gained any weight back. Somehow I've gradually become less obsessed with food the more I progress in my recovery. I would try to enjoy as much food as possible right now because you'll be missing it for a few weeks post-op. I had a list of all time favorites that needed to be eaten before the surgery which included nachos and cheese, doritos, chocolate chip cookies, BBQ ribs, steak and carrot sticks with dip. So eat eat and eat some more!! Good luck! Sara > Sara, > > Hehe, I hadn't thought about food commercials.
