I have hunted all through the book, and searched online, but have NOT been able to find out if lactic acid, as an ingredient in food, is legal or not. Anyone know? Or have any thoughts on the issue? > > Thanks, > >
Guest guest
I just found this by searching the group for lactic acid: " It sounds like it could be legal, because lactic acid is not illegal. I think I would approach with caution, like any food, and be prepared to yank if there are untoward reactions. " — Marilyn It is message # 45955 if you want to look it up.
