Hi guys, after a whole year of my Pulmo Dr telling me he's going to refer me to Tranplant Dr. I finally got a call for my 1st Evaluation feb 2 @ 2pm University Hospital San . I'm pretty excited but scared at the same time. They told me to bring all my recent xrays & ct scans and any other medical records that i have. They also said that my Medicaid would cover the cost of Transplant about $350,000-However it would not cover the $25,000 that i would need BEFORE Transplant for the Aftercare & Rehab. She said they would have a Social worker available to help me & counsel me on how to raise the funds. Please pray for me. I feel like i've been waiting a L O N G time but now i feel like i have NO time @ all to prepare & make arrangements for the WHAT IF'S. So please pray for me...i'mreally scared but i also know that i'm my lungs are shot & i want to LIVE AND NOT DIE! I'm

scared because of my bad lung biopsies...but i keep reminding myself that i made it through those & my body will make it through a transplant too.
