I need to start the protein shakes. I know I should of been doing it along time ago but it is time to start on the band wagon. What I need to know is the following: I don't like Chocolate what is the best brand of protein shake to buy? How many shakes should I use? Do the calories count towards the 1000 cal. a day my Dr. says I need? Do you eat as well as do the shakes? How many carbs should I have? How muuch sugar grams per meal? How many cal. should the shakes be per serving? If you could answer these for me that would be great.. I have to make the right shake decisions because I am a single mom and on very low income.
