Guest guest
Just bought that carb down milk that everyone is raving about. I could only find it in whole or 2%, so I picked up the 2% and used it in my shake for lunch as a treat. I felt like I was at an ice cream parlor. It was so delicious. The kids begged me to make them one too. That was at 12:30 and I'm still really full. Does it come in no fat? I was just glad to see it that I bought the 2% to give it a shot. Was very good without the shake too. Took a sip before hand. : ) I've been protein loading because I'm due to have breast reduction and lift on 2/11 providing, something else doesn't explode in my body and the sky doesn't fall down on us. Third time is the charm I heard. If this one has to be postponed, then I'm going to take it as some sign that I shouldn't be doing this. : ) Not usually superstitious, but its been weird. Guest guest
Did you use it in a choc. shake using the same amount you usually use as water? I'm going to try it tomorrow. ============================================ Diane: I used approx. 7 oz of the carb down milk and about 5 ice cubes. I usually use 8 oz water and 5 ice cubes with two scoops of Choco Whey Stack. I'm sure the consistency was so good due to the fact it wasn't fat free milk or water, but boy was it good for a change. : ) Regina

I got mine at the A & P. in NJ ************************ > What is the exact name of this milk...I want to find it! Our local Shur-Fine here in town doesn't carry it, didn't think they would...but it sounds like I really 'NEED' to find some! THANKS! > > Sherry
Guest guest
Loving the Carb Countdown for cooking...trying not to drink too much. However I did pick up the chocolate for my 9 yr old carb addict and he loves it. 3 gms of carbs - sweetened with splenda. I had a sip = OH MY! Delish. Equally good is the new Carb Smart Ice Cream by Breyers. 4 gms per 1/2 cup. Available in Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry. I like all 3. The Strawberry is weird to some because there are no strawberries in it - I love it - none of that icky texture. Taste's like frozen strawberry quick!
