has anyone else had a problem with pay pal or zip n squeeze orders?

I ordered both The Healing Jaw and Let's Do Lunch on September 28. I

received Let's Do Lunch a week later, but not The Healing Jaw. I

emailed the seller (Zip N Squeeze) as Pay Pal had instructed, this past

Thursday and haven't heard anything back yet. This isn't the first time

I've had a bad experience with Pay Pal. Anyone else ever have a similar

problem?

Please help. I really want this book, and I plan to order zip n squeeze

stuff for post surgery. Now I'm not so sure.
