And caring, and a non-drugged brain for remembering stuff that the doc says, and rides all over the place, and the excitement of watching day to day operation in the VitaCenter, and a place to plug a computer into your network to access the internet and send email while totally drugged, and first taste of whatever new stuff comes in, and more knowledge and experience than anyone that I know. Oh yeah, and a staple puller.
