Speaking normally after surgery?

Scheduled to have upper and lower surgery on Dec 13. Only planning on

being absent from work for a week. I do need to be able to speak pretty

normally, as I am a pharmacist.

Will I be able to communicate after 7 days??

OH.. What about exercise post surgery?
