Was posted at scdrecipe creators by " donna becker " cookingwoman79 Ruth we had talked a while ago about creating a cereal with veggies. well i have been working on it and i really like it. the kids do to. you will need a dehydrator. i bought mine cheap at walmart a few years ago. Mix well . . . 3 cups of grated butternut squash 3 cups of grated apple 2 cups of grated carrots 1/2 C honey 2 tsp cinnamon 8 tsp oil dehydrate by laying out about 1/4 inch thick on a fruit leather tray. serve with almond milk with any of the following added in. dehydrated sliced banana chips (made yourself - store bought have sugar added). dehydrated apple slices (if you slice thin it will be crunchy and sweet) raisins blanched almond slivers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
