Guest guest
Hi again, I am just starting the SDC diet and have been reading today about the importance of the intro diet. I spent the last month eating mostly chicken soups and pureed things, but then did have a week where I was eating gluten free oatmeal, rice, yams and other starches before I found and decided to commit to SDC. I didn't start with the intro diet, but after reading how important it is, I am wondering if I should go back and do it? I am tolerating the foods I am eating well, but dont want to mess up....any suggestions? thanks Cody IBS: 2001 UC: 2/2007 remicade: 7/2010 SDC: 3 days

However, you might want to consider going back and doing a few days of intro a little later on... it seems to re-jumpstart things for people who start as you have. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
