power outage while making yogurt

I'm sure I've seen this posted before, but I'm getting " search busy error code

300 " when I try to search the archives.

I was about 10 hours into making yogurt in my Excalibur when the power went out.

It's a beautiful day - no reason for it to go out - but it did. I was told it

would be off for at least two hours, so I took my dehydrator and five containers

of yogurt to my parents' house. They live 1/2 mile away. The yogurt was not in

a working dehydrator for about 30 minutes. Will it be okay?

On a side note - it's funny how things work out. My parents are out of town and

I hadn't been in their house for a few days. I noticed a strange smell and

realized their refrigerator gave out. All the food was rotting inside. Had my

power not gone out, it probably would have been a few days before I entered

their house again. It was already at gag-inducing levels when I found it, so

I'm glad my power went out!
