Hi June buddies,

I'm still in bands, too. I have one heavy band on each side to keep

my jaw in the midline. My muscles keep wanting to pull my lower jaw

to the left. At least I can take mine off to eat and to do my

exercises. I'm supposed to do them several times a day but that's

nearly impossible with two kids and work. I'm lucky though, my

cheeks are still numb so they don't bother me at all. I just have to

deal with the muscle spasms, ow. I'm supposed to take muscle

relaxants for that but they make me too drowsy and shaky so I can't

take them for at least 24 hours before work.

Here's to that big juicy burger in the not too distant future, I

hope!
