Guest guest
Went to Doc about blood in urine today. He didn’t say much, the tinkle in a cup was not back yet and my other blood tests were not in. I had my monthly Protime, liver function and CPK. At 6:00 in the evening got a call for the hospital lab that one of my tests was so far out of range that they wanted me to come ASAP to their lab in the basement for a retest. They could not tell me over the phone what test was the problem. So that got me a little worried. Found out that my protime was a 9 which was very thin. If you blood is too thin it can cause blood in the urine. Also the three days of Lovoquin would also thin the blood. So the conclusion is take no Coumadin and retest protime on Thursday.
