Guest guest Posted November 30, 2010 Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 I agree with the no socks....and even though they are somewhat hard to find in Michigan...pajamas with no feet are a lifesaver. Camille sleeps way better when she is not overheated. Re: Sweating with the Boston Band sweating is very common with all the bands. You should dress her lighter, no socks etc. You can also try a fan in the room etc, but don't have it blow directly on her. Take the band off if she is sweating a lot and wipe the band and her head with a dry towel then put it back on. this will help keep the skin from getting irritated. It takes about a week for their body to adjust to the new "hat". Even once they've adjusted you will need to dress her more lightly than before.-christinesydney, 4.5 yrs, starband grad>> My daughter just got her first boston band yesterday & she is not comfortable because she is sweating so much.
