Guest guest
Judy, I had emailed you awhile ago and you may have missed it but I wondering what doctor you saw at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis? I live in Indy and although I see a doctor in Chicago I am so close to Methodist. I shall add your daughter-in-law to my prayers. Guest guest
Judy,Of course your DIL will be in my thoughts and prayers. Hope her surgery goes well.On another topic, what is VOG?Kathy ILD/Hypersensitivity pneumonitis 3/08Subject: Another prayer requestTo: Breathe-Support Date: Saturday, January 23, 2010, 6:29 PM Hello all, My daughter-in- law, Cathy, is scheduled for cervical spine surgery Feb. 2 at 7:30 a.m. eastern time. Would appreciate if you would add her back in your prayers. I had written weeks ago that a CT Scan of her brain indicated a cyst, but then the doctor who had an MRI done said it was just calcium deposits. She wasn't feeling better and has seen a 2nd doctor who had an MRI done of her neck and scheduled the surgery asap due to 2 bad discs. I'm still at my son's house in HI (since Dec. 7th) but this has not been a great trip for me due to back pain as I have to walk up and down stairs at his house, have had a fever off and on (think it may have been caused by taking bad Tylenol). Also, there has been VOG her too many times and today it even lowered my O2. I bought a wearable air purifier to use on my flight here; and use it to protect me whenever I go shopping where there are lots of people or when the VOG gets heavy. When I lived here back in Aug 93 to Aug 95, the weather here was always great, but no longer thanks to the Volcanoe on the Big Island (Hawaii). I'm actually looking forward to getting home on Feb. 1st since I have a one story house; and hope my back will feel better. Guest guest
Kathy, VOG is a form of air pollution present in areas of the world where there are active volcanoes, places like Hawaii.
