Hey ! I believe you are supposed to use a double-boiler. Do you have one?

If not, you can improvise. The idea is to get a pot of water boiling and then

have another pot on top (but not submerged in the water) to mix the ingredients.

I think she probably wanted to keep the eggs from cooking. I found a round cake

pan that fit on top of one of my pots :)

Nope don't have a double boiler so I will try to do like you did.. I really want to try this desert...:-)

sorry to jump in with an off topic question, but i am in the hospital now as my

3 month flare has gotten worse. i am not able to eat much but am enjoying

langers 100% pure cider. is it legal eventhough it is not brown and cloudy. it

has nothing added to it and is pressed whole apples but it is clear in color.

again sorry for the disturbance.
