Guest guest
Dear All, Our baby Nicolas (18 months) usually eats, not very well but watching a video, listening to music, playing with us, etc. The big issue here is that Nicolas is still eating everything on puree. He eats almost everything as a grown baby but everything is blended. Our doctor keeps saying us we should start giving Nicolas more solid and things he should begin chewing his food. We have tried a lot but is it honestly a nightmare as everythime we do this he gets choked or he ends vomiting his food. He only has like 7 tooth but we think he should be ready for eating more solid food as a grown up. The only solids he eats are rice, some bread, cookies, fried (just one o half of a piece!) Does this has happened to any of you, have you found any therapy or solution for getting him involved in eating more solid food? Is this going to be a problem in the future? Should I force him or what should I do? I alwyas end blending him his food as we just need him to eat however the food is presented. Thanks a lot.
