Guest guest
Hi Debby, I'm so sorry it took me this long to get back to you all. It hasn't been my greatest week. Dasia is doing great now though. It still hurts to clean, and attach the tubes to the button, but that's the only time she complains about it. It only took about 4 days for her to be back to herself, and get around without it hurting. Kids are SO resilient! And I found out today she gained over a pound in the last 3 weeks. So it's been a good day. Finally! I won't have to fight the burden of getting her to gain weight anymore! Thanks to everyone for the positive feedback and prayers! Oh! and she turned 2 on Sunday, we had a great party! Would have been better if she'd have had some birthday cake though. I am at work right now, I wanted to make it a priority today to email and ask how she is recovering. Please give us all an update when you have a minute! Hoping this finds you well. Take care Debby B.
Guest guest
That is wonderful news. I know, tiring, but still wonderful. I am sure you are just now coming down off the emotional roller coaster. And Dasia!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY . And, finally but most importantly, way to go on the weight gain! I sure hope things are smooth sailing for you all now~ you guys deserve a break! Maybe some of the other moms whose children have the tubes can give you some pointers on the cleaning part with minimal hurting. But I suppose it just takes time! Take care and thanks for updating us ! Debby Re: chat: - response Hi Debby, I'm so sorry it took me this long to get back to you all. It hasn't been my greatest week. Dasia is doing great now though.
