4th day post op still congested

Hi,

I'm on my fourth day post op but still hard for me to breath. Can

someone please help me I do have a humidifier but it only help when

I'm lying in bed. I know they told me not to blow my nose.. is there

anything else I can do or use to help me breath rigth.
