Guest guest
Hi Shirley, Yes, this seems to be the toughest part so far in this post op recovery. I never thought that it may actually be the band that is cutting the cheek. I did have the mouth loaded with wax today. I am getting these sharp pains in the cheeks which is probably from all the wax..(haha) Sounds like you had the same problem as me in being short of bands between OS visits. I have only 1 band remaining and my appt. with my OS is on Wednesday. So fingers crossed I don't break any bands tomorrow, which is highly unlikely. Yes, I am going to get the OS to fix the wire he cut durng surgery and is sticking out. Craziness!!!...haha No, I haven't been using salt water since a few weeks ago because everything was healing so nicely until now. Time to get that salt back out...Thanks for the suggestion! Have a Great Night & I am heading for the wax now! --Caboose > Hi , I feel for you. I liked to died the first week with the > bands on after surgery the rubbing had my right cheek raw.
