Guest guest Posted August 25, 2010 Report Share Posted August 25, 2010 Hey before i was "sick" i was always gun-ho about working out and stuff. and being military i need to be sure to stay in shape. so ive taken 7months off from the gym to focus my body's energy on healing. so i stuck to basic walks, and maybe some pushups here and there. usually stayed away from anyting involving abdominals. but i have been on this diet for almost a month now and have started to notice improvements ( big improvements personally-FINALLY!!!!) following the diet to the T is no problem but as you know just takes a little mind power. And i know the improvements are big for me, but realistically i know i have a long ways to go. so to prevent rushing into anything over the top im still keeping it KISS. so my question is this: is there anyone out there that is also athletic/gym rat that could give me some advice? and second: Anyone know of any SCD legal workout supplaments? I know it all boils down to reading the labels for fillers and such but jw. also, when i know my body is ready for this type of exercise would it just be better to eat higher protein foods and pass up on (if any) Legal supps?
