Hey everybody i am finally getting unwired tomorrow!!! I havent posted

in a while cause ive been real busy but i had upper and lower surgery

on july 5. I will have this little acrylic piece in my mouth for two

weeks though. I dont know if its the same little splint thing

everybody else has been talkin about cause my docs never called it

that. But anyway i am so excited!!!

Oh i got my bill (or my parents did) a few days ago from the hospital

and it was almost 23,000 dollars and i only stayed one night.

thankfully insurance covered every cent but still thats a lot....the

surgeons bill was about 13,000 and i still dont have one from the

anesthesologist. (its sopposed to be seperate) But i gotta go now ill

post later!!

Hey! I am new to this support group. I have an underbite and am

wanting to get it surgically corrected but I'm really concerned

about being able to pay for it. How were able to get insurance to

cover it???? And what is the total bill for the procedure

(excluding orthodontic work)?
