Guest guest Posted September 19, 2010 Report Share Posted September 19, 2010 Hey, I was making my yogurt a second ago. I was using a thermometer...but I only had a couple of degrees to go. As I was washing dishes, (less than five minutes..because I had timer on).. the half and half bubbled and reached the boiling point! AGH! A lot of yogurt recipes call for boiling the milk (though I think it's healthier not to).
