To Irene and everyone else

Good Morning. Well yesturday was day five for me. I felt the worst.

Pain levels were through the roof and I flet like crap. I was

starting to wonder why in the hell I ever did this? But as I have

read on here there seems to be one horrible day and then it gets

better everyday. Irene I 2 have trouble sleeping at night. For me the

nose is just a little stuffy. If I lay down in bed my face hurts so I

have been sleeping in a recling chair. That seems to help quite a

bit. Hope everyone is doing ok.

Hi Dennis,

I am glad to see your message again. Your message has reminded me one

thing: the possible worst time after the surgery.

So mine should be on Day 6 then.

I started to have the nasal spray last night and feel much better now.

When I sleep, I try to sleep on a higher pillow, just get my head

higher than my chest. I know i always feel better that way. But if the

pillow is too high, I may have muscle pain on my neck and shoulder.

haha.

Anyhow, Dennis, I think both of us have gone through the worst time

after the surgery. We are all getting better now.
