Guest guest
We're celebrating Thanksgiving today in Canada. Well officially I think it's tomorrow but a lot of people do the turkey dinner tonight. I have been using Beth's recipes for pumpkin pie and turkey stuffing. She has a wonderful little cookbook with those recipes http://bethsblog.typepad.com/bethsblog/turtle-soup-scd-recipes.html I've never tried any other recipes for stuffing or pumpkin pie. Anyone have a favorite? I made cranberry sauce by just simmering cranberries, honey and a bit of lemon juice. I let it go a long time until it was dark and thick. It's pretty good. We're also going to have steamed carrots and green beans with lots of butter. I'll make mashed potatoes for the guests too. Oh and of course, there's a turkey in the oven What's everyone making? For those in the US are you planning for your Thanksgiving yet? Kat http://scdkat.com
