Introducing myself

Hi Everyone....my name is and I am new to this board, and very

thrilled to have found it!! I am 15 months post op Open RNY and have

lost 142

pounds...hoping for another 10 or 15, but thrilled with where I am!

I am 5 weeks post op from a incisional hernia and intestinal hernia

repair. I do not know how to describe how much my life has changed,

Lets just say that I went from almost unable to walk, work or care

for myself with diabetes,

high blood pressure, asthma, and arthritis at 42 to active and

completely healthy at 43! I can see how this journey gets difficult

now, I

am fighting all my compulsions at once....I still want food ( or

smokes!!) , and when I can't have them I shop! Once an addict.
