Guest guest
Sorry to hear about your PFT's declining also--I just went back and looked at all of my PFT's for the last 2 years and there is a trend that shows I do poorly between Nov & Feb. every time I take the tests. The rest of the time the trend shows an improvement from the Jan and February tests, so I am thinking I will do better on my next test in March. I do recognize that I am loosing ground but not at the rate the tests are showing. I have given this a lot of thought, because I am on this "dead end road" with only one u-turn in it, I am kind of hoping the progression would increase at a faster pace and I could get on the Transplant list and get this show on the road. I'm not scared of the surgery, just the process of getting there. If the surgery is a success--I'll wake up--if its not-- I won't know about it. I have always done well with surgeries, even my Vats was a walk in the park, it was so good I told the Dr. I was thinking about getting one every 6 months--LOL. Oh well I better quit rambling. Hope everything is going well for you, maybe the up coming warmer weather will help. Take care. G. UIP/IPF 5/07 AZ.
