forgot to add that on day 2 post op, in the morning, I got a big shot of some

kind of

steroid in my hip to help with swelling. my hip and lower back area are still a

bit numb/

stiff several days later, and the doc told me that I might see a bit more

swelling on day 4

or 5 as it wears off, which I think I do notice. However, I figured while I'm in

the hospital,

I'll take whatever they want to give me, because I won't have the chance to get

it at home.
