Guest guest
I gave up coffee when I read that the acid in coffee tends to destroy the villi of the intestines. I've come across this information in several places so felt it was probably reliable.Tried the no-acid Tyler coffee, but couldn't finish drinking my first cup. There are ways of making your own acid-free coffee but it's rather involved so don't want to make the effort. I miss it but will not go back to it unless I'm sure it's not doing damage to my intestines. Does anyone know if this is the case or is it just another food myth that is making the rounds? I drank it diluted for years. I now drink it full strength with no problem. It is instant coffee and decaf coffee which are not allowed.
