Anyway, I can tell you but I do not follow the same advice I give but here it goes. lol Protein, Water, exercise. Before my bad habits crept back up, I had a problem with the weight loss stopping. It did not matter what I did I would still lose. So, I ate tons of protein and I made sure that I ate 6 or 8 mini meals a day. I hear people say they are not hungry and do not eat but you have to eat in order to lose weight. As I am sure you have already heard, if you start your day out with carbs you will be starving all day and tend to graze. (Helloooo can I take my own advice here? lol) Well, hope this helps darlin. I am a firm believer in those protein drinks where weight loss is concerned. Protein boosts your metabolism therefore you lose more weight. Well, I am looking forward to getting to know everyone! What protein bars or drinks have you tried that are not so harsh..I can't find one and so I just eat food... any recommendations. Thanks..
